It is a combinations of being extremely unwell and busy with classes. The classes are fun, and I am now making projects for upcoming classes in early 2012. I will take some sample photos to give you a sneak peek.

I will be making videos again soon, but they will be a when I have time not once a week. However I will do my best.

Will be back soon with those photos :)
I clear embossed the sentiment, I think it was the longest decision I had to make. I tried so many other ways but nothing gave the result I wanted.

I have written them onto the video, but when I release the instructions they will all be listed there. The instructions for this card are still about a week away, I have been flat out and need to allocate some time to write them out.
On the upside one of my classes absolutely loved it as well, which made me happy, they will be making it next term.
I used an Pumpkin Pie and Early Espresso combination in combination with the Simply Soft stamp set from Stampin' Up!

This card was so fast to make and a lot of fun. I love a card that requires no thinking at all, you just do it and it's done. Once again I used my favorite Hostess Stamp Set Precious Butterflies, and the Simply Soft set as well. I just love these sets for this year.
I am not a real believer in mothers or fathers day, I feel that it is just a way for store to make money, so we decided to make a gift instead.

The stamp was is not from Stampin' Up!, but it suited the BBQ we are having tomorrow for lunch. All the other supplies are from Stampin' Up. It has been coloured with the Stampin Write markers (rough, but not bad for my first time), on watercolour paper.
I love some of the retired sets, and I would hate for them to be shelved and hidden from the world, so I have decided that many people own them and if not they are obtainable if desired.

I will have a page accessible from the sidebar that will have my retired card designs, but all cards will be available to be purchased as Pre-Stamped Card Kits.Nicole Pattersonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08540221824506109982noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4721462119982759036.post-14788020521922896582011-08-28T05:29:00.000-07:002011-08-28T23:43:32.515-07:00Sunday Stamp-a-Long 28/8/11I love this card, when it was made I didn't realize that the jumbo brads were become retired. The shirt on the card was inspired by one I found at My Paper Moose. I needed to change it from inches to cm and make it a little larger to fit on my card.
I tried with natural light the other day and it came out a little better, but I prefer to do my stamping at night (when the kidlets have gone to bed), so for now this will have to do.

I am planning a mid video release this week to assist some of my class members. I will be making a fathers day card, and then next Sunday another fathers day card using the pennant punch. I figured that I would need to make one for my dad and another for the kids to give their dad.

Now for the card this week.
I figured that seeing I have a card I need to make, why not take advantage of the situation. I am still learning when it comes to making the videos, so please bear with me and I will get better (I hope).
Things in my office are now becoming a little cleaner and it now has a space all to itself, meaning I get to finally have a play with it...yay

Here is the first of many cards I will be making from this handy cutter.

I may use this in an upcoming class, I am still a little undecided. If I do add this to my lesson plan a YouTube tutorial may be added for this card.
